Less driving.
More jobs.
FlowDesk is field service software for New Zealand trades. Book the day in technician lanes, keep every ticket inside 48 hours, and send your techs out with an app that works without signal.
A new job comes in. Where should it go?

An example Thursday with three technicians. Drive minutes here are estimated from distance.
FlowDesk looks at where each technician finishes, adds the drive to the new job, and puts the shortest one first. The coordinator still decides; the suggestion just saves the guessing.
Your day is a map of suburbs, not a list.
The office sees every technician’s day as a lane, with the drive between jobs in it. Move a job and the travel moves with it.

First, the job comes in.
Phone, email or a depot. It becomes a ticket with its 48-hour clock running and one next action.
It lands in a lane.
Drop it on a technician, or take the suggestion. The customer gets a text with the time.
The tech closes it on site.
Travel, arrival, photos, parts and the outcome, from the phone. No signal is fine; it sends later.
Charges invoice once.
Labour, call-out and parts are already on the job. One invoice, never a second by mistake.

Fair questions
Who is FlowDesk for?
Trades and appliance service businesses in New Zealand with a coordinator in the office and roughly 3 to 30 technicians on the road. It also works in Australia.
Do my technicians need a new phone?
No. The field app runs in the browser on Android and iPhone, older ones included, and keeps working without signal.
What happens after the 14 days?
We email the first invoice for the seats you keep and you pay it by bank transfer. Nothing is charged automatically, and there is no card to give.
Can I bring my customers and jobs?
Start with today’s work: new tickets go straight into FlowDesk. If you want your customer list brought across, talk to us first and we will plan it with you.
Where is my data kept?
On FlowDesk’s own server, backed up every night. You can export it at any time, and it stays yours if you leave.
Do you track my technicians?
Only while they are on duty, and only after each one has read and accepted a notice that says what is collected and for how long. Positions are deleted after the period you choose, 30 to 90 days.
